Maybe it was all the stairs yesterday, but today I'm feeling a little worn and tired. I'm finding it hard to get through the normal routine of my day. I'm sluggish and mentally drained, so today I'm scheduling a "Do Nothing Day". It may not be today, but it needs to happen soon.

Tip of the Day- Visit Someone in the Hospital

Its' a sure-fire cure for whatever ails you. Spend some time with someone who needs you. Go visit a hospital, or a nursing home. It doesn't matter if you know someone in the hospital or not. Call your friends, or your clergy, ask them if they know someone you could visit or help.

Tip of the Day- Replace Your Toothbrush

I admit it. I've been using the same toothbrush for a very long time. I think it's a comfort issue. I like to know that when I stumble through my morning routine that the same shampoo, soap, towel, and toothbrush will greet me.

If I asked you when the last time was each member of your family had a hug from you and heard you specifically say "I love you", some of us could answer easier than others. Some of us are more "touchy-feely" than others. I happen to be very closed about my emotions.

Tip of the Day- Make an Emergency Medical Card

We all hate those little cards the schools send home in triplicate each year. But hey, they have a point. In the event of an emergency the last thing they want to do is scramble for information. Take a few minutes to make your life a little easier as well.
