Here are some recipes that will help you feel more relaxed! Keep in mind that essential oils are not meant to be used undiluted. You must mix them into a carrier oil, cream, or lotion for safe use. Stress Reducer Blend #1 Mix equal amounts of a citrus scent with a floral scent. For example, lemon and lavender, or orange and rosewood.

Stress Reducer Blend #4 Try a wood scent and an herbal scent together! I personally find that the wood scents tend to stick with me longer than the others, so I counteract the effect by using a little more herbal scent and a little less woodsy scent.
Be creative! Come up with your own scent choices and proportions. As a general rule of thumb, use one drop of essential oil per ounce.
